I'm writing you this from our hotel room in Hong Kong after the Ali Abdaal episode just went live....

You can find that episode here!

This was our first time out of the country for the podcast, and it was so special. Not only did we get to sit down with two awesome guests, but we also got to hang out with another rock who we've watched for quite some time, Daniel Dalen.

Coming out here to record these episodes for you was monumental. We traveled over 17 hours to make this happen, and I believe Ali offers some amazing insights on creating a thriving business.

He’s been able to generate over 8 figures online, and on today’s episode, we extracted every bit of knowledge we could so you can go out and apply these things to your business immediately.

Here are a few of my biggest takeaways:

1. Long-Form is Still the Place to Play

I think that whatever industry you’re in, you need to START TODAY. Write out your first video. This strategy can be applied to any business in any industry. Figure out what your target customer would get value from and provide that in some sort of way on a long-form platform.

2. Solve More Expensive Problems

I remember when I first started a business right out of school—my prices were far too low. I was charging between $500–$1,500 for a video and honestly thought I’d made it.

But you know what I quickly realized? Those penny-pinching clients were a huge pain in the ass, and the higher we went up the scale, the easier it got.

Higher-paying clients understood the process, they cared more about the product being excellent, and overall, they made our lives a heck of a lot easier. Serve a clientele that has more to spend. Thank us later.

3. LEADS. LEADS. LEADS.

Leads are the lifeline of any business. We dive deep into Ali’s best tips for building content online and how he’s been able to create such a successful brand.

He's successfully dipped his toes into many ventures: apps, YouTube, books, courses, and digital products. Today, we’re giving you the whole playbook.

Can’t wait to hear what you think.
